戒烟行动计划

既然您已经决定停止吸烟,那现在是时候制定您的戒烟行动计划了。计划的第一步应该是“获得支持”。
支持可以来自家人、朋友、家庭医生、咨询师、互助组织或者戒烟热线电话。支持也包括使用美国食品和药品管理局批准的一种或多种戒烟药物。
戒烟行动计划的另一个关键步骤是什么呢?计划如何应对挑战。例如,列出您开始实施戒烟计划时想要避开的高风险场所。您可以考虑去其他禁止吸烟的场所,例如购物中心、博物馆或电影院。
