有时,治疗取决于导致蛰伤的海蛰类型。医生会采集蜇针样本。

治疗

海蜇蜇咬的治疗包括急救护理和医学治疗,具体取决于海蜇蜇咬的类型、蜇咬的严重程度以及您对此的反应。

急救护理

大多数海蜇蜇伤可以采用以下治疗方法:

  1. 使用一把尖头镊子,小心翼翼地拔出可见的倒刺。
  2. 将皮肤浸泡在热水中。使用 110 到 113 F(43 到 45 C)的热水。如果没有温度计,请让未受伤的人员用手部或肘部来测水温,热水应当让人感觉很热但未达到滚烫的程度。让受影响的皮肤接受浸泡或热淋浴 20 到 45 分钟。

应避免的行为

以下方法无济于事或者未经证实:

  • 拔掉毒刺
  • 用海水冲洗
  • 用人尿冲洗
  • 淡水冲洗
  • 涂抹嫩肉粉
  • 涂抹酒精、乙醇或氨水
  • 用毛巾擦拭
  • 使用压力绷带

医学治疗

  • 急救护理。对海蜇蜇伤反应严重的人可能需要心肺复苏术(CPR)或生命支持;如果被箱型海蜇蜇伤,则需要抗蛇毒血清药物。
  • 口服药物。因迟发性过敏引起的皮疹或其他皮肤反应可以通过口服抗组胺药或皮质类固醇进行治疗。您也可以口服止痛药。
  • 冲洗眼睛。如果海蜇蜇伤发生在眼睛上或眼睛附近,则需要立即就医以控制疼痛和彻底冲洗眼部。您可能需要咨询擅长眼睛护理的医生(眼科医生)。
