无糖碳酸饮料是一种低卡或零卡饮料,饮料中的糖用非糖甜味剂所替代。

人们可能会选用无糖碳酸饮料来帮助管理血糖水平、降低龋齿风险或控制体重。但是,代糖似乎并不能帮助人们减重或长期保持体重。

目前已知的是,无糖碳酸饮料通常不含人体所需的成分。其他能增强身体健康的选择有水、气泡水、苏打水、脱脂牛奶、不加糖的茶或咖啡。
