门诊戒瘾项目是针对 18 岁以上个人的初级双重疾病增强型药物使用治疗项目。该项目提供为期四周的半日门诊戒瘾服务。星期一至星期五上午 8 时 30 分至 11 时 30 分举行讲习会。该项目包括：

• 教育和预防复发小组讲习会
• 进程小组心理疗法讲习会
• 个人咨询
• 星期五家庭日（每隔一个星期五）
• 持续的药物使用护理评估，以及监控清醒度的实验室测试
• 用药管理 — 有需要的个人可以接触到戒瘾精神科医生，他们可以监督专门针对戒瘾和相关病症或疾病开出的药物管理

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Clinic for substance use disorder

Mayo Clinic addiction experts offer a clinic designed to help with the medical management of substance use disorders. Clinicians in the MAT clinic assess current cravings for alcohol, opioids and other addictive substances. They can prescribe medications, such as buprenorphine for opioid use disorder or acamprosate for alcohol use disorder to assist with craving management.
