Biographical summary
Ray W. Squires, Ph.D., received his doctorate in exercise physiology from The Pennsylvania State University and holds certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine. He is currently program director, Cardiovascular Health and Rehabilitation, and a professor of medicine in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine. His previous roles at Mayo Clinic include director of the Cardiovascular Health Clinic and director of the Exercise ECG Laboratory. He also serves as associate editor of the Journal of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and Prevention.
