Biographical summary
Dr. McClure joined the Division of Plastic Surgery at Mayo Clinic Arizona in 2022.
She received her medical degree at the University of Southern California. She then completed training in general surgery before completing her plastic surgery training at the University of California, San Francisco. In order to further her ability to perform complex reconstructive surgery, Dr. McClure then completed a microsurgery fellowship at the Midwest Microsurgical Institute of the University of Kansas.
Her practice incorporates all aspects of general plastic surgery including breast, lower extremity, trunk and perineal reconstruction. Additionally, she performs cosmetic procedures for facial and body rejuvenation.
Her areas of expertise include autologous reconstruction of the breast and limb salvage. Dr. McClure strives to provide a tailored approach to each of her patients in order to meet their unique needs and goals.
Outside of her clinical duties, Dr. McClure is involved in the training of plastic surgery residents and teaching medical students at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine where she serves as the liaison for the division. She is involved in multiple surgical societies with a specific passion for the promotion of women in surgery.
