Attach the sponsor to a hub

• In FarCry, open the hub that is being sponsored.
• Change to Draft status.
• Go to the People and Places page of the template.
• Click Open Library in the Sponsor section.
• Drag your sponsor object to the left side of the popup window and Close.
• Save the hub object.
• Preview the hub on Build to ensure the text link appears and goes to the correct URL. Send the link to the person who requested the sponsorship for review.
• Once approved by advertising person, change to Approved status.
• Check live site the next day to verify the sponsor update is correctly reflected.
• Update subject line on message saved in ProjAsst > Sponsors-FarCry Updates Needed to reflect live date.

NOTE: If the hub object is in Draft status, the sponsor will not migrate to production. Need to coordinate publication of any hub updates with the need for sponsorships to go live. Therefore, the advertising team will try to give us as much advance notice as possible for new, updated or ending sponsorships.
