Development, community, mentoring and support for your career in health care administration leadership
Begin your health care administration career at Mayo Clinic, the largest academic health care institution in the world. Since 1983, the two-year postgraduate Administrative Fellowship Program has been developing generations of leaders with practical experience.
Applications for the fellowship starting in July 2017 are due by Oct. 3, 2016.
In addition to valuable experience and career development opportunities, you receive a competitive compensation package, including salary, benefits and relocation assistance.
Your time in the program consists of rotations through several key areas at Mayo Clinic, followed by flexible assignments to accommodate your interests.
You have opportunities at Mayo Clinic's main campuses in Arizona, Florida and Minnesota, as well as the regional Mayo Clinic Health System.
You are assigned to rotations according to your capabilities, interests and need for development.
We provide answers to common questions from applicants.
Each class represents diverse skill sets, backgrounds, work experiences and interests. Current fellows include an Ironman triathlete, a rugby coach and a member of the Army Reserve.
