Broiled fruit kebabs with yogurt dip

Put skewers in water and soak for least 10 minutes. Meantime, cube or slice cantaloupe, pineapple, mango, honeydew or other favorite fruit. Thread the fresh fruit onto the skewers. Place the skewers on a baking sheet and sprinkle the fruit lightly with brown sugar. Broil in the oven until the fruit is slightly browned and bubbly, about 2 minutes on each side.

If desired, serve with a dipping sauce, such as this one: In a small bowl, whisk together 4 ounces low-fat, sugar-free lemon yogurt, 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice and 1 teaspoon lime zest.
