Ordering fast food? Skip the fries

You can eat healthy away from home, even at fast-food restaurants. If you're ordering fast food, trade the fries for a side salad with low-fat dressing or a baked potato. Or add fruit slices or a fruit and yogurt parfait to your meal. Other healthy choices include corn on the cob, steamed rice or baked potato chips.
