To increase range of motion:
- Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
- Slowly bring your foot back toward the chair, bending your knee as far as possible.
- Push your foot back out as far away from your body as possible and repeat.
- With each repetition, try to pull your foot a little farther.
- Repeat this exercise 20 times, two to three times a day.
