   This research trial studies neuropsychological (learning, remembering or thinking) and behavioral testing in younger patients with cancer. Collecting information over time from a series of tests may help doctors develop effective tests to measure neuropsychological and behavioral function of patients with cancer.

2. Intensive Parent-child Interaction Therapy (I-PCIT): Feasibility and Effectiveness Study.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of implementing I-PCIT in a community clinic, measured by treatment attendance and caregiver’s satisfaction compared to the current gold-standard of PCIT-au.

3. A Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness of Psychological Support Based on Positive Suggestions on Mental Health Morbidity and Cognitive Function

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this trial is to compare the effectiveness of psychological support based on positive suggestions (PSBPS) vs. usual care on mental health morbidity and cognitive function in survivors of critical illness.

4. A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability and Effectiveness of V117957 in Subjects with Insomnia Associated with Alcohol Cessation

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of V117957, compared to placebo, in subjects with alcohol use disorder (AUD) who experience insomnia associated with alcohol cessation.

5. A Study to Examine Financial Distress in Patients Undergoing Treatment of Locally-advanced Rectal Cancer

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to examine the needs and gap in our understanding of financial burden experienced by rectal cancer patients from a patient perspective to help provide patient centered care and improve psychosocial outcomes of this group.

6. A Study to Evaluate the Prevalence and Impact of Eating Disorders Among Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to assess the prevalence of eating disorders; specifically, Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) among adult patients in the IBD clinic and compare to the patient population seen in the primary care clinics at Mayo Clinic Florida.

7. Pediatric Pain Rehabilitation Treatment Outcomes for Chronic Noncancer Pain

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of the study is to learn more about adolescent and young adults' experience with chronic pain. In particular, we are studying factors which lead to pain-associated disability and factors which predict decreased disability during and after participation in a three-week intensive treatment program. In addition to gathering information from the young people with chronic pain, parents are also asked to give their perspective.
