Rachel H. Uitti is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and received her Bachelor of Finance and Marketing degree from Florida State University.

Her interest in and passion for health care administration was realized after completing two summer internships at Mayo Clinic, in Jacksonville, Florida, during her undergraduate studies.

While in graduate school, Rachel worked part time as the quality coordinator for Twin Cities Orthopedics and was a teaching assistant for a graduate-level problem-solving course. Additionally, she served as a board member for CLARION, an interprofessional health care organization.

Rachel enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors and watching FSU football.
