Is there an aspect of life after cancer that makes you laugh? To fight stress, try to find a way to laugh about your own situations. Be open to thinking about the positive and silly side of things.

And make it a habit to spend time with friends who make you laugh. Then return the favor by sharing funny stories or jokes with those around you. Even if it feels forced at first, practice laughing. It does your body good.
