This is a double-blind, randomized, Phase II trial. Patients with advanced ovarian cancer that has not progressed following completion of standard-of-care chemotherapy are eligible to participate. Patients will be randomized to either the vaccine regimen with GM-CSF adjuvant or GM-CSF adjuvant alone as a control group. Treatment will be administered as a consolidation therapy beginning within one year of the last administration of platinum.

This pivotal, open-label, single-arm study will evaluate the anti-cancer activity of ARQ 087 by Objective Response Rate (ORR) by central radiology review as per RECIST v1.1 in subjects with inoperable or advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) whose tumors harbor FGFR2 gene fusions (by FISH performed by the central laboratory) and who received at least one prior regimen of systemic therapy. Subjects will be dosed orally once per day at 300 mg of ARQ 087 capsules.
Information regarding the delay in diagnosis as well as the causes of the delay are lacking in the U.S. Specifically, we aim to identify patient factors and provider factors that contribute to delayed diagnosis of sarcoma.
This randomized phase III trial compares how well combination chemotherapy works when given with or without bortezomib in treating patients with newly diagnosed T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or stage II-IV T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. Bortezomib may help reduce the number of leukemia or lymphoma cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It may also help chemotherapy work better by making cancer cells more sensitive to the drugs. It is not yet known if giving standard chemotherapy with or without bortezomib is more effective in treating T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma.

This is a phase II trial that will study how well tucatinib (ONT-380) and trastuzumab work in treating patients with colorectal cancer with a specific genetic marker (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 - HER2) that has spread to other places in the body or has come back and cannot be removed by surgery. Tucatinib has been found to specifically target and inhibit HER2.
This is a Phase 1, open-label, multicenter, randomized, 2-period crossover study consisting of 2 phases: Pharmacokinetics and Extension. The study will enroll approximately 60 subjects with hematologic or solid tumor malignancies, excluding gastrointestinal tumors and tumors that have originated or metastasized to the liver. Approximately 8 sites in the US will participate in this study.
This is a multicenter, open-label, first-time-in-human study with a standard 3+3 dose-escalation phase in subjects with advanced solid tumors followed by an expansion phase in patients with advanced solid tumors. An exploration cohort has been added to determine the safety using Q4W dosing.
