1. A Study to Evaluate Impedance Monitoring in Cochlear Implants

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to determine changes in cochlear implant electrode impedances as a function over a period of time.

2. A Study of Simulated Sylvian Fissure Dissection Under Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Conditions Using a Rodent Microvascular Anastomosis Model

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to assess the differences in microvascular anastomosis outcomes between the experiment aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH)-like conditions and control animals.

3. A Study of the Use of a Human Nerve Allograft in Laryngeal Reinnervation

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to prove/disprove that human nerve allograft to recurrent laryngeal nerve anastomosis will restore vocal cord movement. 

4. Airway Stenosis Specimen Registry

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The primary objective of this proposal is to develop an Airway Stenosis Registry at Mayo Clinic. The purpose of the registry will be to support ongoing research in the etiology, early diagnosis, clinical management, and prognosis of airway stenosis due to inflammation, cancers and other diseases of the airway.  

5. A Study to Develop Processes for Tissue Growth for Use in Reconstruction Surgeries

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to develop the procedures for the growth of specific cells and tissues needed for reconstruction surgeries of the head and neck using the waste tissues of other surgeries.

6. An Open-label Study Using ASP-1929 Photoimmunotherapy in Combination With Anti-PD1 Therapy in EGFR Expressing Advanced Solid Tumors

   Rochester, Minn.

   Open-label study using ASP-1929 photoimmunotherapy in combination with anti-PD1 therapy in patients with recurrent or metastatic head and neck and squamous cell cancer or advanced or metastatic cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
