My name is Dr. Gregory Gores. I'm one of the liver doctors on staff at the Mayo Clinic. My whole life has been dedicated to liver disease, particularly to patients with liver cancers. I'm also involved in the cutting-edge therapies. So patients can trust that I truly understand the disease. We're here to help guide patients, to educate them as to the best options for their care, and then help them participate in that decision.

What gives physicians a warm feeling is really connecting with the patient, that the patient realizes that you care about their outcomes and about them, that you understand the context of their disease.
