هل تَكتَظ حياتك كثيراً بمواعيد التسليم النهائية والالتزامات؟ هل تحاول حشر الكثير من الأنشطة في الوقت القصير المتوفر لك؟ إِذا كان الأمر كذلك فقد يُنجدك تَعَلُم كيفية رفض ما يعرضه الآخرين وتتقبل ما ترغب به وحسب. لا تصطنع أسباب العدول عن التزام معين، فقول الحقيقة يُمثل الطريقة الأفضل دوماً لرفض ما يقدمه صديق أو فرد من أفراد العائلة أو زميل في العمل. لكن ارفض بلطف. جامِل مجهود الشخص أو المجموعة وواصل القول بأنك غير قادر على الالتزام في ذلك الوقت. فذلك يُلطف الرفض ولا يُغضِب المقابل.
