يُمكن أن تُشجِع الأفكار السلبية التشاؤم وتُشكِّل إجهاد نفسي لا داعي له. يُمكنك تَعَلُم كيفية تحويل الأفكار السلبية إلى أفكار إيجابية. فالعملية بسيطة لكنها تستغرق الوقت والممارسة. ابدأ باتباع قاعدة بسيطة واحدة: لا تقُل أي شيء لنفسك لا يُمكنك قوله لشخص آخر. توقف لتقيِّم ما تُفكِر به خلال اليوم. في حال دخول فكرة سلبية إلى عقلك قُم بتقيمها بشكل منطقي وأجب بإثباتات عما تجده جيداً في شخصيتك.
