ليس هناك إجابات سهلة، ولكن هناك بعض التكتيكات التي قد تفيدك.

  • ذكِّر نفسك بأن قول شخص لشيء ما لا يجعله حقيقيًا. مثلا، تعرضَت كاتبة سلسلة روايات "هاري بوتر"، جيه كيه رولينج، للرفض من قِبَل العديد من الوكلاء قبل أن تطلب منها إحدى دور النشر قراءة روايتها. وهي الآن من المؤلفين الأكثر دخلًا في العالم.
  • تجنب السماح لآراء وقرارات الأشخاص الآخرين بأن تقلل من شعورك بالراحة. فراحة البال لا تقدر بثمن. لذلك لا تتخلى عنها.
  • اعترف بخطئك أو عندما تكون الطرف المذنب. أقرّ بخطئك، وتعلّم منه، وامض قدمًا.
  • ضع الأمور في نصابها. خلال عام أو عامين، هل ستبقى هذه الأحداث مهمة حقًا؟ الإجابة هي أنها لن تكون مهمة على الأغلب.

الهدف هو العثور على طريقة لترك الانتكاسات خلفك والمضي قدمًا بقلبٍ صافٍ وكرامة وتواضع.
