ماء جوز الهند هو السائل الصافي الموجود داخل ثمار جوز الهند. وهو من السوائل الشائع استخدامها لتعويض فقدان السوائل بعد التمارين الرياضية نظرًا لاحتوائه على إلكتروليتات طبيعية، كالبوتاسيوم والصوديوم والمنغنيز. لكن ماء جوز الهند ليس خاليًا من السعرات الحرارية، ما يعني أن الماء غير المُنَكَّه لا يزال هو الخيار الذكي لشراب ما بعد التمرين.
