ملعقة سكر تساعد الخضروات على الانخفاض

أتبحث عن طرق جديدة لتحضير الخضروات؟ جرِّب تزيينها بطبقة لامعة. ضع كوبًا ونصف من المياه في قدر صغير. أضف نصف كوب من كل من البصل المقطع والجزر واللفت والبطاطا، مع تقطيعها جميعًا قطعًا بحجم بوصة واحدة (2.5 سم). اطبخ المكونات على نار هادئة دون تغطيتها إلى أن تصبح الخضروات طرية وتمتص المياه تقريبًا، نحو 15 دقيقة. ضع ملعقتين صغيرتين من السكر وملعقة صغيرة من زيت الزيتون. ارفع درجة الحرارة واستمر في الطهي، مع تحريك القدر إلى أن تصبح الخضروات لامعة وذات لون ذهبي فاتح. ثم قدم الطبق.
