وصفة صحية: سلطة السلطعون

اجعل السلطعون حلاً لذيذاً لوجبة العشاء. اجمَع في زبدية صغيرة (قصعة) ربع كوب (1/4) من عصير الليمون الأخضر وربع كوب (1/4) من خل نبيذ الرز وملعقة صغيرة من السكر وحبة خيار ببذورها تُقطع بشرائح رقيقة وثلث كوب (1/3) من النعنع الطازج (المُقَطَّع). أضف 12 اونصة من لحوم السلطعون وقَلِّبهُ كي يُغطى جيداً. وَزِّع 4 أكواب من أوراق خضار السلطة أو الخس الافرنجي على أربعة أطباق. ضع فوق السلطة مزيج السلطعون. انثر ما تبقى من التتبيلة على السلطعون. زَيَّن الطبق بقطع الليمون وقدمه.
