تحضير سريع: سلطة الفاصوليا

الفاصوليا هي مصدر ممتاز للألياف القابلة للذوبان، وهي تساعد على التحكم في مستويات السكر في الدم والكوليستيرول. للحصول على سلطة سريعة، ضعي علبتين من الفاصوليا (تشطف وتصب) مع الخل. ولصنع التتبيلة، اخلطي ملعقتين كبيرتين من الخل البلسمي وثلث كوب من البقدونس الطازج المقطّع و 4 فصوص ثوم مفروم وفلفل أسود طازج. ثم اخفقي ببطء في ربع كوب زيت زيتون بكر. ضعي الفول مع الخل. يُقدَّم على الخس ويُسكب بالكرفس المقطّع والبصل الأحمر.
