تجنَّبْ خدمات الطلب من السيارة. جهِّز بوريتو الإفطار الخاص بك. في وعاء صغير، شوّح نصف كوب من الطماطم المُقطَّعة وملعقتين كبيرتين من البصل المقطَّع وربع كوب من الذرة المجمدة إلى أن تصبح طرية ويتبخر منها الماء. أضف بياض بيضتين أو ربع كوب من بديل البيض واخلطه حتى ينضج جيدًا، نحو ثلاث دقائق. ضع الخليط في منتصف خبز التورتيا المصنوع من القمح الكامل وأضف عليه ملعقتين كبيرتين من الصلصة. لُفَّه واستمتع بمذاقه الطيب.
