هل تُحب عمل المَخبوزات لكن لا ترغب في السعرات الحرارية الإضافية؟ جَرِّب استعمال السكر بكمية أقل لخفض السعرات الحرارية الإجمالية. يُمكن عند عمل أغلب المخبوزات تقليل كمية السكر المطلوبة في الوصفة الغذائية بمعدل الثلث إلى نصفٍ واحد دون أن يؤثر ذلك على مذاق ما تخبزه. إضافة إِلى ذلك اهمِل طبقة الكريمة.
