إِنَّ تَناوِّل ما لا يقُل عن 3 حصص من الفاكهة في اليوم الواحد أسهل مما تتوقع. لكن إِذا كُنتَ تشعر بالملل من خيارات الفواكه المُتكررة جَرِّب التنويع بالطرق التالية: 1. قم بضرب الفاكهة في الخلاط. ضع في الخلاط موزتين طازجتين أو مُجَمدتين، ونصف كوب من التوت البري الطازج أو المُجَمَّد، وكوب واحد من الزبادي بالفانيلا منخفض الدهون. اخلط المكونات إلى أن تصبح لينة. 2. قُم بشوي الفاكهة. قَطَّع التفاح والكُمثرى أو الخوخ إلى قطع كبيرة وادهنها بالقليل من زيت الكانولا ورُشها بالقرفة. ضعها على الأسياخ أو لِفها بورق الألمنيوم. اشوي اسياخ الفاكهة على نار هادئة لمدة تتراوح بين 3 إِلى 5 دقائق.
