لكم من الوقت تظل بقايا الطعام آمنة؟

لا يجِب الاحتِفاظ ببقايا الطعام في الثلَّاجة لمُدة تزيد عن ثلاثة إلى أربعة أيام، وهذا لتجنُّب التسمُّم الغذائي. إن لم تكن ستأكل بقايا الطعام في هذه الفترة، فجمِّدها على الفور. لا ينبغي ترك الأطعمة القابلة للتَّلَف، مثل اللحوم والدواجن والأسماك والألبان والبيض والطواجن، لفترةٍ تزيد على ساعتين أو حتى ساعة واحدة في درجات الحرارة التي تزيد عن 90 فهرنهايت (32 درجة مئوية).
