هل أن مشروبات الطاقة عديمة الفائدة؟

قد تُؤدي مشروبات الطاقة إِلى إنعاش طاقتك بفضل احتوائها على كمية كبيرة من السكر والكافيين. لكن يُمكن أن يؤدي الكثير من السكر في مشروبات الطاقة إلى زيادة الوزن. ويُمكن أن يؤدي الإكثار من الكافيين إلى آثار جانبية عكسية مثل الهلع واضطراب المعدة والهياج العصبي وتسارع ضربات القلب والأرق. هنالك طرق أفضل لإنعاش طاقتك. فعلى سبيل المثال احصل على النوم الكافي وقُم بالتمارين الرياضية بانتظام وتناول الطعام الصحي.
