قَلِّلْ مِنَ تناول الدهون الضارة، خُطوة واحدة في كل مرة

لا يتعين عليك الامتناع عن تناول جميع أنواع الدهون في نظامك الغذائي. ولكن لكي تتمتع بصحة جيدة، جرّب استبدال الأطعمة الغنية بالدهون المشبّعة بالأطعمة التي تحتوي على دهون غير مشبّعة متعددة، إذ أنها أكثر فائدة للصحة. فعلى سبيل المثال، يمكنك البدء باستخدام الزيت بدلاً من الدهون الصلبة. فمثلاً جرِّب زيت الزيتون للتشويح وزيت الكانولا في طهو الأطعمة.
