الكالسيوم: بناء عظام أقوى

يُعَدُّ الكالسيوم من أهم المعادن المطلوبة لنمو عظام قوية والحفاظ عليها. إذا لم تَحْصُل على كفايتكَ من الكالسيوم، فقد يزداد خطر تعرُّضكَ لهشاشة العظام. أهمُّ المصادر الغذائية التي يُمكِنكَ تناوُلها تشمَل مشتقات الحليب، والخضراوات الورقية ذات اللون الأخضر الداكن، والأسماك ذات الهياكل المرنة، وكل الأغذية الغنية بالكالسيوم.
