هل ترغب في ممارسة التمارين الرياضية؟ مارس الرياضة بما يتلائم مع طبيعة جسمك وليس ضده. خطط ممارسة النشاط الرياضي في أوقات النهار التي يكون فيها نشاطك في أقصى مستوياته، أو الأوقات التي لا تشعر فيها بخمول كبير على أقل تقدير. إِذا كُنتَ معتاداً على الاستيقاظ بوقت مبكر فاجعل الهرولة أول ما تقوم به في الصباح. أما إِذا كُنتَ تسهر خلال الليل فقد تُفضل الهرولة عند الغروب.
