هل ترغب في ممارسة الرياضة في المنزل؟ قم بشراء منتجات منخفضة الكلفة من متاجر اللياقة البدنية أو السلع الرياضية المحلية مثل الأثقال وحبال المُقاومة. إِذا كُنتَ تفضل عدم انفاق المال لشراء التجهيزات الرياضية اطلاقاً فاستعمل ما هو متوفر في المنزل أصلاً، مثل السلالم للقيام بتمرين الخُطى. جَرِّب تمارين مقاومة رفع وزن الجسم والقرفصاء. اجمَع الأصدقاء والجيران للقيام بالمشي الجماعي بانتظام. خطط طرق المشي عبر الحي السكني.
