هل تنوي البدء ببرنامج اللياقة البدنية؟? لا تُبالغ في التمرين الرياضي. تُعرضك ممارسة الرياضة بشدة كبيرة أو بوتيرة متكررة إلى خطر الإصابة والاستنفاذ. ابدأ الرياضة بحذر وتَقَدم ببطء. وخصص الوقت بين الجلسات الرياضية لراحة الجسم واستعادة حيوته.
