عندما يتعلق الأمر باللياقة البدنية فلا تكمُن الأهمية فقط في النفخ واللهاث خلال التمارين الحيهوائية كالركض وركوب الدراجة الهوائية والسباحة. يتضمن برنامج التمرين الرياضي الجيد والمتوازن خمسة مكونات أساسية، وهي: اللياقة الحيهوائية وتدريبات القوة وتمارين تقوية وسط الجسم وتمارين التوازن والمرونة والمد. إِذا لم تكن بصدد الحصول على هذه المكونات الخمسة فقد حان الوقت لدمجها مع روتينك.
