إِذا كُنتَ مشغولاً جداً بحيث لا تمارس الرياضة، أو كُنتَ لا تشعُر بالرغبة في ممارسة الرياضة ببساطة فيُمكن الانقطاع عن الرياضة ليوم واحد أو إثنين. كن رقيقاً مع نفسك عند الشعور بالحاجة إِلى أخذ الراحة. ففوق كل شيء لا بأس في أن تكون مرناً. والأهم من كل ذلك هو استئناف الرياضة باسرع وقت ممكن.
