المشي من أجل اللياقة: الحفاظ على الحماس

إنَّ بَدء برنامج للمشي هو أمر سهل. لكن التمسُّك به أصعب. ولكي تُحافظ على حماسك عليك بما يلي: 1. حدِّد أهدافًا، مثل المشي كل يومٍ أو المشي لفترة مُحدَّدة من الوقت. 2. اجعل المشي مُمتعًا. ابحث عن مرافق أو ببساطة استمتِع بالمناظر الطبيعية. 3. نوِّع في أنشطتك الرُّوتينية. إذا كنت تسلك نفس الطريق كل يوم، فقد تشعُر بالملل. عِوضًا عن دلك، حاوٍل مزْج عدة طُرق مُختلفة. فقط تذكَّر أن تكون آمِنًا: أخبر أحد أفراد الأسرة عن الطريق الذي تَسلكه.
