هل تُعاني من المرض الشديد بحيث لا يُمكن ممارسة التمرين الرياضي؟

ليس من الضروري أن تؤدي إصابتك بالزكام الشائع إلى عدم ممارسة الرياضة. عادةً ما يكون التدريب الرياضي الخفيف إلى متوسط الشدة مناسباً إِذا كانت جميع الأعراض فوق الرقبة مثل سيل الإفرازات الأنفية أو الاحتقان الأنفي أو العطس أو التهاب الحلق الثانوي. لكن إِذا كانت أعراضك تحت الرقبة مثل احتقان الصدر أو السعال الجاف أو التوعك المعدي فعليك تأجيل التدريب الرياضي. ولا تتمرن إِذا كُنتَ تُعاني من الحُمى أو كُنتّ تشعُر بالوهن أو الآلام العضلية على نطاق واسع.
