هل ترغب في أداء التمارين الرياضية في الخارج خلال الشتاء؟ ارتدي طبقات من الملابس التي يُمكنك خلعها عند التعرق ثم ارتدائها مرةً أُخرى عند الضرورة. اجعل طبقة الملابس الأولى خفيفة ومصنوعة من مادة صناعية مثل البوليبروبيلين التي تسمح بسحب التعرق بعيداً عن الجسم. ثم اجعل الطبقة التالية من الصوف الصناعي العازل. وضع فوقها طبقة عازلة للماء وصالحة للتنفس.
