فحص وضعية الوقوف: هل تقف بشكل مستقيم؟

تُفيد وضعية الجسم السليمة في تقليل الإجهاد على المفاصل والعضلات، وبالتالي تُساعد في الوقاية من الآلام والأوجاع. فما هي وضعية الجسم السليمة؟ احرص على بقاء الصدر مرتفعاً وارجاع الكتفين للخلف باسترخاء عند الوقوف. حاول ألا تميل الرأس للأمام أو الخلف أو الجانب. قُم بشد البطن والردفين. احرص على أن استرخاء الركبتين وعم تجمدهما. احرص على توازي القدمين وموازنة وزن الجسم بالتساوي على كلا الجانبين.
