في فصل الخريف عندما يكون النهار أقصر ودرجة الحرارة باردة هل تشعر بالرغبة أكثر في النوم؟ هل تشعر بالاكتئاب؟ قد تكون مصاب باضطراب الاكتئاب الموسمي. فيما يلي ثلاثة تدابير للعناية الذاتية التي يُمكن أن تُجَرِّبها: 1. ارفع الستائر كي تدخل أشعة الشمس. 2. لا تبقى في داخل المنزل في الأيام المشمسة. 3. قُم بتضمين النشاط الجسدي في روتينك اليومي. في حال لم تُجدِ هذه الخطوات نفعاً وكانت أعراضك شديدة عليك بمراجعة الطبيب.
