قُم بمنع جفاف الجلد

وللحفاظ على رطوبة الجلد وصحته: 1. قُم بترطيب الجلد. تعمل مراهم الترطيب على سد الجلد بحيث لا يتسرب الماء منه. 2. احرص على ألا يزيد وقت الاستحمام أو الاغتسال عن 10 دقائق أو أقل. حَوِّل ضابط حرارة المياه باتجاه المياه الدافئة وليس الساخنة. 3. استعمل الدهان المُنظِّفة أو منظفات الجلد الرقيقة وغسول الاغتسال أو الاستحمام الذي تُضاف إِليه المُرطبات.
