جَدوِّل أوقات وضع الدهان بالشكل الصحيح

ضع دهان الترطيب بعد الاستحمام مباشرةً. بعد الاستحمام بالمرشة (الدوش) أو بحوض الاغتسال قم بالتربيت بلطف أو بضغط المنشفة على الجلد كي تُحافظ على بقاء الجلد رطباً. قُم بترطيب الجلد مباشرةً باستعمال زبت البشرة أو الدهان التي تفيد في حبس الماء في الخلايا السطحية.
