الاكتئاب: التشخيص الطبي هو الأساس

من الطبيعي الشعور بالحزن أو الانزعاج، أو الشعور بعدم السعادة بخصوص مواقف في حياتك. لكن تبقى هذه المشاعر لأسابيع أو أشهر أو حتى لسنوات لدى الشخص المُصاب بالاكتئاب. إِذا كنت تعتقد بأنك مُصاب بالاكتئاب عليك أن تحصل على المساعدة الطبية بأسرع وقت ممكن. إِذ لا يتحسن الاكتئاب من تلقاء ذاته في العادة، غير أنه قابل للمعالجة. وعليك أن تتذكر بأن المساعدة متاحة.
