Dr. Kathleen (Katie) A. Young is a board-certified cardiologist and Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. She attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine and then obtained specialty training in internal medicine, cardiology, and advanced cardiac imaging at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Young is the Co-Director of the Cardiovascular Obstetrics Clinic at Mayo Clinic, Rochester. She actively practices in both the echocardiography and nuclear cardiology labs. Her clinical interests include treatment of cardiovascular disorders related to pregnancy and community cardiology.
