Embracing diversity to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all
Diversity and inclusion are integral to Mayo Clinic's mission to provide excellent, culturally relevant care in a welcoming environment to patients from a wide variety of backgrounds and creating an inclusive work environment where differences are valued, allowing individuals to achieve and contribute to their fullest potential.
This commitment to diversity is woven into the fabric of Mayo Clinic — we embrace these values as we serve our patients, employees, students, suppliers and communities.
Mayo Clinic recognized as a DiversityInc Top Hospital and Health System
Mayo Clinic has earned this designation annually since 2011. Mayo was ranked using an objective analysis of data collected from a more than 200-question survey.
The survey on which the ranking is based gathers details about an organization's recruitment and talent development processes, the commitment of its leaders to diversity and inclusion, its supplier diversity program and best practices.
