• Call the Central Appointment Office at 507-538-3270 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday.
• Make direct arrangements with your Mayo physician if you are already a Mayo patient.
• Ask your local physician to refer you. (See Referring Physician Service.)
• International patients can contact the International Appointment Office.
