Women's Health Clinic in Minnesota

Resources For Physicians

The Women's Health Clinic provides consultative care to women with menopausal and sexual health concerns. Consultation is provided by an integrated team of specialists in gynecology, internal medicine, psychology, sex therapy, nutrition and lifestyle counseling.

Referring a Patient

The Mayo Clinic Referring Physicians Service is the primary contact for physicians making patient appointments and arranging telephone consultations with Mayo staff members. In addition, the Referring Physicians Service will help answer questions and work to resolve any concerns about Mayo services. Call 800-533-1564 (toll-free), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
See the Referring Physician's Web page.

Continuity of Care

Communication with the patient's referring provider is critical to a positive patient experience. A summary of medical recommendations will be forwarded to the referring physician, with the patient's approval. In addition, the patient will be encouraged to discuss treatment recommendations with the referring physician as part of her ongoing care.
