This study is designed to determine if an injection of a blue dye around a vulvar tumor can identify the lymph node at greatest risk for spread of vulvar cancer.

The Use of Radiation and Chemotherapy to Treat Locally-Advanced Cancer of the Vulva
This study is being done to see if radiation therapy and weekly cisplatin chemotherapy, followed by surgery to remove any remaining cancer, is effective treatment for vulvar cancer. In addition, this study will determine the short-term and long-term side effects from this treatment approach.
