A standard of personal responsibility and conduct is required of all Mayo Clinic volunteers to ensure that patients are afforded the highest-quality consideration and service.

• Be punctual and reliable in fulfilling duties
• Accept supervision

• Respect the privacy of patients
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Mayo Clinic
• Be physically able to perform all duties
